- You need 1/2 of mie telor, rebus, aduk kecap manis.

- It's 2 lbr of sawi putih, iris tipis.
- Prepare 2 sdm of daging cincang.
- It's of Bawang putih, cincang.
- You need of Bawang merah, iris tipis.
- You need 1 sdm of saus tiram.
- It's 1/2 sdm of kecap asin.
- Prepare secukupnya of Garam, kaldu jamur, lada.
Mie Goreng Simple step by step
- Siapkan bahan².
- Tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah hingga kuning kecoklatan dan harum, lalu masukkan daging cincang, masak hingga matang.
- Masukkan wortel, dan sawi putih, lalu beri saus tiram, kecap asin, garam, lada, kaldu jamur, masak hingga ½ layu, dan beri air sedikit utk mematangkan.
- Masukkan mie yg sudah diberi kecap lalu aduk rata, jika di rasa mie nya masih agak keras, beri sedikit air, jika sdh matang, angkat, sajikan.
